ShopMonave is an e-commerce platform offering trending, useful, and lifestyle products including skincare, fitness, and personal care items. Some products may be shipped directly from trusted third-party suppliers.

2. Product Information
We try to provide accurate product details. However:

  • Slight variation in color/design may occur

  • Packaging may change depending on supplier updates

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 working days

  • Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (depending on location)

  • Delivery may be delayed due to logistics or supplier issues

  • Customers must provide correct address and landmark

4. Payments

  • We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Orders may be verified via OTP for genuine purchase confirmation

5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing

  • No cancellation after order is shipped

  • Fake or repeated COD orders may lead to blocking

7. Address Responsibility
Customers must provide correct address details.
We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect information.
